Project NREE, from my experience with the Amra Notun Network (ANN) and BRAC, was a transformative initiative that aimed to empower women in the TnT Slum, Mohakhali. As part of this project, I facilitated a women’s empowerment program, helping participants establish an online business to sell block-printed handkerchiefs. Through this, they gained valuable entrepreneurial skills and a sustainable income source. The month-long session under the ANN Leadership Program also enhanced my understanding of 21st-century skills, which I continue to apply in my leadership and business roles today
